CELBRIDGE CONCERT ORCHESTRA COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

The Celbridge Concert Orchestra (CCO) – formerly the Liffey Valley Orchestra – is a community‑driven musical ensemble founded in 1991 by Claire Condron. Operating as a company limited by guarantee, the orchestra provides a welcoming platform for musicians of all ages and abilities to experience the joy of playing together in a full orchestral setting. Rehearsals are held each second Saturday at the North Kildare Educate Together School, where string and wind players – from beginners returning after a hiatus to those learning a new instrument – gather to develop their skills under the CCO’s supportive ethos of helping each member reach their full musical potential.

The orchestra’s repertoire spans light classics, film scores and family‑friendly favourites, ensuring programmes that appeal to a broad audience. In addition to regular rehearsals, CCO organises public concerts, the next of which is scheduled for Sunday 10 May 2026 (venue and time to be confirmed). All ages and abilities are encouraged to join, making the Celbridge Concert Orchestra a vibrant hub for musical learning and community performance in North Kildare.
