Hospital Family Resource Centre (Hospital FRC) is a voluntary-led organisation serving the South East of Limerick. Funded by TUSLA and part of a national network of 121 family resource centres, it provides a welcoming "open-door" hub for individuals, families and groups who are experiencing disadvantage.

The centre offers a broad range of programmes, including adult education courses such as computer skills, drama, health & beauty, furniture restoration and adult literacy. Its disability-focused Step Forward Group raises awareness of the needs of people with disabilities, while a suite of family programmes - from Parent & Toddler Groups and parenting classes to the Strengthening Families and Special Kids Parent Support initiatives - supports parents and caregivers. Regular women's and older-people groups promote equality and social inclusion, and a supervised counselling service delivers low-cost, confidential support for young people, adults, couples and families.

Hospital FRC's mission is to empower the community by providing accessible education, therapeutic support and inclusive activities that challenge inequality and foster a vibrant, diverse neighbourhood.
