Lucan Disability Action Group (LDAG) is a community-driven organisation that empowers people with disabilities to enhance their quality of life, achieve independent living and take an active part in social and economic life. With a membership of more than 500 individuals, LDAG advocates for policy and service reforms that enable full participation in mainstream society, championing the right of each person to choose their own path.

The group delivers practical support across the Greater Dublin Area, including Lucan, Palmerstown, Clondalkin and surrounding communities. A core service is its dedicated transport scheme, which assists members in booking reliable journeys to work, education, health appointments and social activities. By providing this essential mobility, LDAG helps remove barriers and fosters greater independence.

Fundraising underpins all of LDAG's activities, allowing the organisation to continue offering these vital services. Through its advocacy, transport provision and community focus, LDAG remains a pivotal voice for disability rights and inclusion in Dublin and beyond.
