Restorative Justice Services (RJS) is an independent voluntary organisation that works with people affected by crime - victims, offenders, their families and the wider community. Through close collaboration with the Courts, the Probation Service, victim advocates, community representatives and An Garda Síochána, RJS delivers restorative programmes that aim to heal harm, give victims a voice and encourage offenders to take responsibility for their actions.

RJS's core offerings include the Offender Reparation Programme, which targets offences carrying up to a year's custody or repeat offending, and seeks to lower re-offending risk by involving victims in the process and supporting offenders to repair the damage caused. The Victim/Offender Mediation service provides a safe, non-threatening forum for direct or indirect communication, helping victims express their needs while fostering offender awareness of the impact of their behaviour. These services are underpinned by the broader benefits of restorative justice for individuals and communities alike.

Based in Dublin, RJS is funded by the Probation Service and works in partnership with the Crime Victims Helpline, local community groups and An Garda Síochána, delivering a compassionate, community-focused response to crime across Ireland.
