Finglas Community Training Centre (Finglas CTC) was founded in 1984 by the Finglas community and now operates under the support of the City of Dublin Education and Training Board. The centre is dedicated to delivering high‑quality training and educational programmes for early school leavers aged 16‑20, helping them gain the skills and confidence needed to progress into further study or employment.

Through strong partnerships with a range of agencies, Finglas CTC creates a caring, supportive learning environment. Learners benefit from free transportation, daily meals and a paid training allowance, ensuring that financial barriers do not impede their development. The centre’s focus on practical, industry‑relevant training equips young people with the competencies required in today’s job market.
