Living Life Voluntary Counselling Centre Company Limited By Guarantee is a community-focused charity that has been delivering volunteer-led professional counselling for 29 years. Operating from its Bray and Arklow centres, the organisation provides low-cost, confidential support to adults, couples, children, teens and those in post-addiction recovery who cannot afford private therapy.

With a team of 85 trained volunteer counsellors, Living Life offers a range of specialised services - one-to-one adult counselling, relationship counselling for couples, play-therapy for children aged 5-13, adolescent therapy for teens, and supportive counselling for families affected by addiction. The centre's emphasis on accessibility means that over 240 clients benefit each year from a safe space to explore personal challenges and develop coping strategies.

Supported by the Department of Rural and Community Development and Pobal, Living Life's volunteer-driven model underscores its belief that "we make a life by what we give", helping individuals and families across the local community to thrive.
