Clann Aire Community Creche and Playschool Company Limited by Guarantee is a purpose‑built early years centre that has been serving families in Clondrohid, Co. Cork since 2003. With a dedicated team of 25 staff, the centre provides a safe, nurturing environment for children from four months up to twelve years, offering both full‑day care and after‑school provision.

The facility is organised into age‑specific rooms – the Caterpillar Room for infants, the Ladybird Room for toddlers, the Butterfly Room for pre‑schoolers, and a structured Pre‑School programme that runs from early childhood education (ECCE) until 11.50 am. Each room is self‑contained with its own changing facilities, sleep areas and child‑size toilets, and enjoys easy access to well‑maintained indoor and outdoor play spaces. In addition, Clann Aire runs a breakfast club and an after‑school care service conveniently located at the rear of the local primary school, allowing children to be dropped off and collected on foot.

Parents are welcomed as partners in their child’s development, with clear policies and procedures available at all times. The centre also supports a range of government schemes, including the ECCE programme, Aistear and the Garranenagappul initiative, ensuring that families can access quality early years provision with confidence.
