South East Energy Agency (SEEA) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to helping every energy user in the South East of Ireland use energy more efficiently, monitor consumption and transition to renewable sources. Since 2002 the agency has worked in partnership with households, businesses, public bodies and community groups, delivering low-carbon solutions and raising awareness of sustainable practices.

SEEA offers a full suite of services, from detailed energy audits and assessments that pinpoint financial and carbon-saving opportunities, to end-to-end project management and grant coordination. Homeowners can benefit from the OSS Home Energy Upgrade programme, while SMEs receive tailored sustainability plans and ISO 50001 energy-management guidance. The agency also provides one-to-one energy consultations, community-energy support, training, webinars and events, as well as specialist services such as Energy Efficiency Design, Measurement & Verification for SEAI Pathfinder projects, and assistance with EU research, development and innovation initiatives.

Operating from Kilkenny, SEEA has already secured €21 million in grant funding, delivered 390 energy-upgrade projects, saved 48 million kWh of electricity and avoided 14 million kg of CO₂ emissions. Its proven track record makes it a trusted partner for anyone looking to future-proof their energy use and contribute to a greener South East.
