Carroll Produce Limited is a family‑run horticultural enterprise that cultivates premium fresh vegetables for the Irish market and beyond. Operating a fully integrated nursery, the company sows and propagates all celery seeds on‑site, then transplants the seedlings with high‑speed Ferrari five‑row block transplanters, ensuring both speed and precision. From mid‑June to December the fields yield crisp, vitamin‑rich celery, which is irrigated via boom systems fed from deep boreholes and processed in a mobile field rig that washes, cuts and packs the crop directly on the ground.

The business also specialises in leeks and scallions. Leeks are grown from July to May, transplanted with a nine‑row Basrijs bare‑root planter and harvested in a tracked field pack‑house, while scallions are sown from March through September and packed to customer specifications in the on‑site pack house.
