CORRAN-DEEL VOLUNTARY HOUSING ASSOCIATION COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

Corran‑Deel Voluntary Housing Association is a not‑for‑profit housing provider established by a group of volunteers from the parish of Kilmeedy, Co. Limerick. The association’s core mission is to increase the supply of quality, affordable rental accommodation for families who are eligible for social housing and are nominated from the Limerick City and County Council housing list.

Since its first development – Fernview in Kilmeedy, a small estate of ten three‑ and two‑bedroom homes launched in 2007 – Corran‑Deel has expanded its portfolio with projects such as The Forge in Feenagh (14 homes, 2009) and now manages a total of thirty properties across the rural Limerick area. Each development is designed to offer modern, spacious family homes that blend seamlessly with the surrounding community, providing easy access to local schools, sporting facilities and village amenities.

By placing tenants in thriving villages, Corran‑Deel not only supplies secure, affordable homes but also nurtures vibrant, neighbourly communities where families can settle, grow and enjoy a high quality of rural life.
