DARNDALE- BELCAMP VILLAGE CENTRE COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE

Darndale Belcamp Village Centre CLG is a community-driven social enterprise that delivers a wide range of services to residents across Darndale, Belcamp, Moatview, Kilbarrack and Donaghmede. The organisation manages three core social enterprises - the Facilities Management of the Village Centre, Handy Helpers and the Golden Years Senior Centre - and runs a Community Employment Programme and a Job Initiative Programme that together employ over 100 local people. These staff are placed with 17 partner community organisations, providing essential services that strengthen the social fabric of the area.

In addition to its employment and care initiatives, DBVC CLG offers a versatile venue for interviews, conferences, classes and other events, with a main conference room that can accommodate up to 80 participants and a selection of smaller meeting spaces. The centre also runs projects such as The Bell Art Gallery and Community Pride, all underpinned by strategic planning for 2023-2027 and supported by the Department of Rural and Community Development and Pobal.
