Baile Mhuire Company Limited By Guarantee is a community-driven health and wellbeing centre based in Tralee, County Kerry. Founded and built with the generous help of local volunteers, the organisation provides a welcoming environment where people of all ages can access a range of therapeutic and social services.

The core offering centres on the newly opened Community Neuro-Rehabilitation building, which hosts the HSE South West Regional Community Neuro Rehabilitation Team. Daily routines include nursing care, transport, hairdressing, chiropody and reflexology, all available Monday to Thursday and on Saturdays. The centre also runs a specialised Kerry Stroke Day service-offering nursing care, health promotion and functional-gain activities on Mondays and Fridays-for a modest fee, alongside a monthly Stroke Support Group. Additional programmes such as the "Better Balance Better Bones" eight-week physical-activity course and the Ring of Kerry Charity Cycle encourage fitness, social interaction and community spirit. Volunteers continue to play a pivotal role, organising games, talks on nutrition and beauty, and other entertaining activities that make Baile Mhuire a vibrant hub for health, friendship and personal growth.
