Blanchardstown & Inner City Home Care Association Company Limited By Guarantee is a not-for-profit provider that has been delivering home-care services to elderly people and those with special needs for over 21 years. As the longest-serving care organisation in its community, it operates as a preferred HSE provider and a founding member of the National Community Care Network, working alongside Dublin Home Care Partners to support clients across Dublin 7, Dublin 15 and parts of Dublin 1.

The association offers a comprehensive suite of personal care and home-services, ranging from daily hygiene, toileting assistance, dressing and mobility support to meal preparation, medication prompting, exercising and post-operative care. In addition, carers help with light household tasks to enable clients to retain independence and comfort in their own homes. All staff are experienced, fully trained and vetted, and the service is managed through the HSE-approved Innovacare scheduling system, ensuring a professional, compassionate and reliable care experience.
