Limerick Island Community Partners (LICP) is a not‑for‑profit voluntary organisation dedicated to enriching the lives of residents across the Limerick Island community. Their vision is to become the one‑stop hub for community‑led initiatives, fostering economic development and a safe, healthy, and sustainable environment for all.

Operating from the heart of Limerick City’s Medieval Quarter, LICP runs the Kings Island Community Centre – a focal point for a range of services that include free meals, adult education programmes, youth activities and support for local enterprises. Through partnerships with Limerick City & County Council, the PAUL Partnership, St Mary’s Parish groups, the Limerick Civic Trust and numerous other agencies, the organisation delivers targeted projects for St Mary’s Park, recognised as Ireland’s most disadvantaged community.
