Company Description
Kilbarrack Coast Community Programme (KCCP) is a community-driven organisation that operates a multi-purpose centre in Kilbarrack, Dublin 5. Its core mission is to bring people together, offering a safe, welcoming space where children, young people and adults can learn new skills, enjoy recreational activities and access vital support services.
The programme delivers a wide range of specialist services. The Reach Out Project provides creative-focused training, counselling and peer-led video-media work for 18-25-year-old cannabis and polysubstance users, helping them rebuild confidence and re-integrate into the community. Youth Matters offers a drug-free model of socialisation for 9-21-year-olds, including games, life-skills workshops, summer trips and seasonal events. Additional provisions include adult drug and alcohol rehabilitation, a free counselling and referral service, a family support group, and a parent-and-toddler group for children aged 0-4. All programmes adopt a person-centred, low-threshold approach, combining education, personal development and harm-reduction support.
Through strong partnerships with the HSE, local schools, the Gardai and a host of community organisations, KCCP acts as a hub for health, wellbeing and social inclusion, helping individuals and families across Kilbarrack to thrive.
