City of Dublin Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA Dublin) is a community-based charity that has been serving Dublin for more than 175 years. Its mission is to create safe, inclusive spaces where young people, families and individuals can thrive, building healthier, more confident and connected communities.

The organisation delivers a wide range of programmes through four core pillars. Its Youth Services run mainstream and targeted initiatives - from vibrant youth clubs and mentoring to education support and employability schemes - all designed to empower young people. The affordable, high-quality Childcare offering provides early-years and after-school care for children from six months to twelve years in nurturing, community-focused settings. Through its Community Hub, YMCA Dublin provides family-support services, supported housing for those experiencing homelessness and a Community Employment scheme for the long-term unemployed. Finally, its state-of-the-art fitness facilities, including a gym, dance studios and an indoor sports hall, are open to the public, with any surplus reinvested into the charity's youth and family programmes. Summer camps and youth summer programmes also run each year, giving children and teens a fun, supportive environment during the holidays.
