Through its comprehensive online platform, ITI publishes the definitive Playography Ireland, a detailed map of venues and arts centres, and a month‑by‑month guide to the nation’s theatre and arts festivals. It also curates news, reviews and interviews, and provides essential information on funding, training and other resources that support the sector’s growth. By collating and disseminating this data, ITI helps artists, producers and audiences discover what’s on, where to go and how to thrive.

Head‑quartered in Dublin’s cultural quarter of Temple Bar, the Institute works in partnership with the Arts Council and a wide range of industry stakeholders, championing the development and visibility of Irish theatre at home and abroad.
