Northside Community Enterprises (N.C.E. Outreach) is a charitable company limited by guarantee that has been delivering a broad range of education, training and community‑focused services across Cork since 1993. Working in partnership with local educational institutions and government agencies, N.C.E. designs sector‑specific programmes that help the long‑term unemployed, job‑seekers and families re‑enter the workforce and improve their everyday skills.
