Arlington Novas Ireland Company Limited by Guarantee is a registered charity and Approved Housing Body dedicated to tackling homelessness, addiction and social marginalisation across Ireland. By providing sustainable, long-term housing solutions, Novas believes that everyone deserves a stable home and works with individuals, families and young adults to turn that belief into reality.

Novas delivers a comprehensive suite of services, including emergency homeless accommodation, outreach and prevention programmes, tenancy sustainment, health and recovery support, and specialist social-housing options for people with disabilities. Their work also extends to dedicated programmes for young adults, families and children, ensuring that vulnerable groups receive tailored assistance. In the past year the organisation supported over 6 300 people, served more than 138 000 warm meals in residential settings, and provided 32 000 meals through street outreach, highlighting the breadth of its impact.

Operating nationwide, Novas collaborates with corporate partners, volunteers and community fundraisers to expand its reach, while its governance framework ensures transparency and accountability. Through these efforts, Novas continues to make a measurable difference in the lives of those experiencing homelessness throughout the Republic of Ireland.
