Fast Track Into Information Technology (FIT) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to building Ireland's ICT talent pipeline. By combining off-the-job training with on-the-job experience, FIT equips job-seekers, career-returners and those already in the workforce with the digital skills needed for today's knowledge economy. Participants can earn recognised qualifications in software development, network engineering or cybersecurity, while benefiting from mentoring, an engaging online learning platform and access to a wide range of over 200 technology courses delivered nationwide.

FIT also supports employers through its Tech Apprenticeship programme, offering a route to diversify recruitment and tap into untapped tech talent. In addition, the charity runs a specialised Ukrainian Training & Employment Services Hub, helping Ukrainian nationals secure employment and integrate into the Irish tech sector. By focusing on upskilling vulnerable job-seekers and providing open access to in-demand technology skills, FIT plays a pivotal role in preparing individuals for sustainable, high-growth careers across Ireland.
