Galway Board of Science & Technology Company Limited By Guarantee is a not-for-profit organisation that has spent the past 28 years championing science, technology, engineering and mathematics across Ireland. Through its flagship Galway Science & Technology Festival and a year-round programme of talks, workshops and interactive exhibitions, the board brings STEM to the everyday lives of people of all ages - from schoolchildren discovering their first experiment to adults seeking evidence-based insights into health and wellbeing.

The festival, first launched in 1998, now attracts tens of thousands of visitors, offering hands-on stands, specialist workshops and a family-day exhibition on the University of Galway campus.
