Dolphin House Community Development Association (DHCDA) is a community-led organisation that supports the residents of Dolphin House and Dolphin Park in Rialto, Dublin 8. Working through the Dolphin House & Park Joint Regeneration Board, the association focuses on community development, health and wellbeing initiatives, and local services that bring neighbours together.

The DHCDA runs a range of programmes for all ages, including a weekly community breakfast, a Dolphin Crèche, homework clubs, men's health events and public-health outreach. It also collaborates with the local Garda, family services and Dublin City Council to ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
