Based in Kilkenny, the company creates brave and beautiful short films, feature-length movies and television series, blending traditional hand-drawn techniques with modern digital tools. Their work has earned five Academy Award® nominations, two Golden Globe® nominations and a host of BAFTA® and Emmy® wins, underscoring a reputation for storytelling that resonates globally.

Beyond production, Cartoon Saloon curates Kilkenny Animated, an annual festival that celebrates visual storytelling through exhibitions, talks and performances. The studio also reaches audiences through a dedicated store offering plushies, board games, art books, limited-edition prints and DVD/Blu-ray collections, including titles such as *The Art of WolfWalkers*.
