The Institute of Geologists of Ireland (IGI) is the professional body that accredits geoscientists practising in Ireland and champions their interests both at home and abroad. Open to qualified geoscientists who meet the required standards of education and experience, the IGI provides a recognised mark of competence and offers a supportive network for members throughout the country.
