Galway Regional Youth Federation Company Limited By Guarantee, operating as Youth Work Ireland Galway, is a voluntary youth-work organisation dedicated to empowering young people and their families across the west of Ireland. With centres in Galway City, Tuam, Loughrea and Ballinasloe, the federation delivers community-based services that foster personal development, social inclusion and life-skill building.

The organisation's core programmes include youth counselling, structured youth work, vibrant youth clubs and comprehensive youth-and-family support. In addition, the Youth Information Chat Service (YIChat) offers a live, online chat platform where trained staff are available Monday to Friday, 4 pm-8 pm, to answer queries and provide guidance. All activities are guided by a set of values-joy, diversity, collectivism, authenticity and genuine youth participation-that shape a supportive, inclusive environment.

Through its volunteer-run board and collaborative approach, Youth Work Ireland Galway creates safe spaces for young people to express themselves, develop confidence and actively influence the services that affect them, making a lasting positive impact on the community.
