Their free, confidential Addiction Support Service offers personalised counselling and practical guidance for individuals and families confronting substance misuse, guiding them onto a sustainable recovery pathway.

Beyond direct support, Frontline Make Change runs the Frontline Bikes social-enterprise training centre and retail unit, which equips people with a history of addiction, long-term unemployment or a criminal record with vocational skills, work experience and a route to lasting employment. The Children's Project provides a safe preschool and after-school programme for children whose families are affected by substance misuse, ensuring a stable, nurturing environment that supports both the child's development and the family's recovery journey.
