City Centre Co-Ordinating Group Company Limited By Guarantee (CCCG) is a Cork-city based charitable co-ordination body that runs a Community Employment programme aimed at helping long-term unemployed individuals re-enter the workforce. By partnering with voluntary organisations and public bodies, CCCG creates structured work-placement opportunities that combine paid employment with recognised training, allowing participants to develop both technical abilities and personal skills.

The scheme is funded through allowances and grants from the Department of Social Protection, covering participant wages, supervisor and materials costs, as well as specific skills-training grants. Placements are delivered under a Quality Assurance framework, with pathways to QQI-accredited awards that sit on the National Framework of Qualifications. Four local charities - St Fin Barre's Cathedral, Cork Deaf Association, the Sexual Health Centre and Threshold - sponsor the programme, providing meaningful roles that support public services, community groups and heritage sites while preparing participants for sustainable employment.
