Clondalkin Tús Nua Company Limited by Guarantee is a community-driven organisation that has been supporting adults with substance-use challenges since 1997. Born from a group of concerned parents in the southwest Clondalkin area, the centre now offers a holistic, therapeutic environment for anyone over 18 who is seeking to rebuild a healthier relationship with themselves and their families.

The service portfolio is wide-ranging and client-focused. It includes dedicated Substance Use Support, a specialised Cocaine Therapeutic Group, a comprehensive Rehabilitation Programme, and a Drop-In Service for immediate assistance. In addition, the centre provides Harm Reduction and Outreach work, referrals to counselling, complimentary therapies, and robust Family Support to help loved ones navigate the recovery journey together.
