Pace Housing Association Company Limited By Guarantee is a voluntary-sector organisation dedicated to supporting people with criminal convictions as they move away from offending behaviour and reintegrate safely into the community. Working in partnership with the Department of Justice, the Probation Service, Pobal, the Prison Service and a broad network of community partners, Pace delivers a holistic suite of services that span prevention, accommodation, training and social enterprise.

Its Prevention Services focus on individuals convicted of harmful sexual behaviour, offering three specialised programmes - the Safer Lives Treatment Programme, Foothold Floating Support and the Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA) - all designed to reduce re-offending and enhance public safety. As an Approved Housing Body, Pace also provides temporary accommodation for homeless men leaving prison, ranging from 24-hour residential care to independent living with visiting support. Complementary training and social-enterprise initiatives equip participants with education, work experience and employability skills, fostering sustainable pathways to a crime-free future.
