P.A.C.E. (Prevention, Accommodation, Community, Enterprise) Company Limited by Guarantee is a voluntary‑sector organisation dedicated to supporting people with criminal convictions as they move away from offending behaviour and reintegrate safely into society. Working in partnership with the Department of Justice, the Probation Service, Pobal, the Prison Service and the wider community, PACE delivers a holistic suite of services that promote personal change and enhance community wellbeing.

The charity’s core programmes include specialised Prevention services for individuals convicted of harmful sexual behaviour – notably the Safer Lives Treatment Programme, Foothold Floating Support and the Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA) scheme. As an Approved Housing Body, PACE also provides temporary accommodation for homeless men leaving prison, ranging from 24‑hour residential care to independent living with visiting support. In addition, the organisation runs training, education, work‑experience and social‑enterprise initiatives designed to improve employability and foster sustainable enterprise for its clients.
