Newbury House Family Centre is a community-driven organisation that has been serving Mayfield, Cork since 1986. Born out of the rapid growth of new homes and young families in the area, the centre has evolved into a hub for social, economic and educational support, helping to enhance the quality of life for residents of Mayfield and the surrounding neighbourhood.

The centre's core services include a welcoming creche and preschool for children aged one to six, alongside a comprehensive family-support programme that offers counselling, therapy and a range of practical assistance. Through the Mayfield Arts Centre, Newbury House delivers both in-house and outreach art programmes designed for all ages and abilities, fostering creativity and community spirit. In addition, the organisation hosts regular community events, networking workshops, training sessions and creates employment and volunteer opportunities, strengthening local connections.
