Blanchardstown C.I.L. (Blanchardstown Centre for Independent Living) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to promoting independent living for people with disabilities. As part of a nationwide network of disability organisations affiliated with the Disability Federation of Ireland, the centre works to give individuals the freedom to make choices about housing, transport, education, employment and social participation, placing control and self-determination at the heart of everyday life.

The service portfolio is practical and community-focused. Connect Car provides reliable transport to appointments, while Home Support offers personalised assistance within the home. The centre also runs a radio show that invites guests to share experiences and a Community Garden that encourages social interaction and therapeutic gardening. All of these initiatives are designed to empower users, foster inclusion and help them achieve their personal goals.
