Waterford Spraoi Company Limited by Guarantee is the charitable organisation that brings the Spraoi International Street Arts Festival to Ireland's oldest city each August. Over three days the festival transforms Waterford's historic streets, walls and churches into a free, open-air stage for parades, music, dance, fireworks and a dazzling array of street performances by artists from across Europe and beyond.

Beyond the flagship event, Spraoi supports the development of street-based creativity through its N.E.S.T. (New Emerging Street Talent) programme, offering cash grants, mentoring, studio space and prop-making resources to emerging and established Irish artists. The company also runs artist residencies, provides production services for civic celebrations such as St Patrick's Day parades, and collaborates with partner festivals in Scotland, England and Wales.
