Donnycarney Youth Project Company Limited By Guarantee is a community-focused organisation that creates a safe, supportive learning environment for young people and adults in the Donnycarney area of Dublin. Co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union and delivered through the City of Dublin Youth Service Board, the project employs three full-time Community Youth Workers to engage individuals aged 10-21 in positive life-choice activities and tailored support.

The service portfolio spans five key strands. The Youth Project offers general youth development programmes, while the Youth Justice Project provides Garda-linked diversion support for young people in the justice system. The Community Employment Scheme helps those affected by drug use to address addiction and gain new skills through education and group work. The Drug & Alcohol Service delivers one-to-one and group interventions for all drug users, aiming for a drug-free lifestyle. Finally, the Family and Child Service supplies targeted assistance to families and children, working closely with parents, partners and caregivers.

Through these interconnected programmes, Donnycarney Youth Project strives to respond to local needs, promote positive choices and empower the community to build a healthier, more resilient future.
