The Institute of Professional Counselling Company Limited By Guarantee, trading as Pro Consult, is Galway's longest-established community-based counselling and psychotherapy clinic. For more than three decades the charitable organisation has provided a safe, confidential space where adults can explore anxiety, depression, stress and a wide range of life challenges with highly qualified professionals.

Pro Consult's services include one-to-one individual therapy, couple counselling, and remote sessions via video or telephone. The centre also offers specialised work-related support through the Employment Assistance Programme, low-cost counselling for those on social welfare, and supervision for accredited therapists and trainees. Many health-insurance policies cover part or all of the fees, and the team comprises Registered Counselling Psychologists, Psychotherapists (Psychological Society of Ireland) and Accredited Counsellors recognised by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy.
