THE SANCTUARY (STANHOPE)

The Sanctuary is a Dublin-based meditation and mindfulness centre operating as a registered charity. Since its founding in 1998, it has been dedicated to personal well-being, contemplation and social change, offering a calm oasis for individuals, schools, frontline services and workplaces to develop inner resilience and compassion.

Its programme portfolio includes in-depth courses such as a four-week traditional Kundalini Yoga series, a 10-week "Modern Spirituality" foundation course, and professional development pathways for aspiring mindfulness teachers. One-off workshops introduce a variety of mindfulness practices, while weekly community meditations-both onsite and online-provide free, inclusive spaces for regular practice. The Sanctuary also delivers bespoke, facilitated workshops for charities, HSE teams, and corporate groups, all set within its tranquil garden and studio environment.
