Donore Community Drug & Alcohol Team is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by addiction in the Donore Avenue area and the wider south inner-city community of Dublin. Their mission is to empower people to overcome drug- and alcohol-related difficulties by providing high-quality, non-judgemental services that promote wellbeing and improve quality of life.

The team offers a comprehensive suite of support, including one-to-one counselling sessions, outreach visits to homes, hostels, prisons and hospitals, and emergency key-worker assistance. In addition to therapeutic services, Donore runs practical programmes such as free hot meals, daily tea and coffee, monthly food hampers, and complementary therapies like Indian head massage, hot-stone treatment and acupuncture. Creative initiatives, such as the "Our Domain" audio project, further enrich the community experience.
