Tipperary Energy Agency (TEA) is a not-for-profit social enterprise dedicated to delivering Ireland's energy transition at scale. By combining innovative engineering, financial expertise and grant-aid support, TEA helps local authorities, community groups and businesses turn climate targets into tangible results. The agency bridges the gap between policy and practice, providing the technical and project-delivery know-how required to meet the Climate Action Plan and to achieve real-world carbon reductions.

TEA's core services span four specialist areas. Its Building and Energy Services offer a turnkey approach to improving the performance of new and existing structures, while the Renewable Energy team manages everything from consultancy and detailed design to public procurement, tendering and grant coordination. The Community Energy division supports grassroots projects that empower citizens to generate renewable power, and the Training and Education programme delivers workshops and events for SMEs, professionals and the wider public.
