Irish Senior Citizens National Parliament Company Limited By Guarantee is the national voice for older people in Ireland. Operating as a representative body, the Irish Senior Citizens Parliament (ISCP) brings together up to 200 affiliated organisations, collectively representing around 250 000 individuals, to champion the rights, wellbeing and dignity of those over the age of sixty-five.

The ISCP's core work centres on advocacy across four key pillars: Rights, Income, Health and Access. It promotes a Charter of Rights that guarantees an independent, active life free from discrimination on the basis of age, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, religion, ethnicity or Traveller community membership. It campaigns for a decent, poverty-free retirement income, full access to essential health services without age-related bias, and the provision of home-based services that enable older people to age in place with dignity. Through regular news updates, events and submissions to Oireachtas committees, the Parliament shapes public policy and raises awareness of emerging issues such as artificial intelligence and pension entitlements.

By uniting a broad network of senior organisations, the ISCP provides a powerful platform for older citizens to influence decision-making and ensure their voices are heard at every level of Irish society.
