Cill Dara Housing Association (CDHA) is an Approved Housing Body founded in 1993 and regulated by the Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority. Based in County Kildare, the association manages a portfolio of quality, affordable homes for people in housing need, working to create safe and sustainable communities where residents can feel proud to live.

Beyond letting and managing properties, CDHA offers a range of tenant‑focused services. It provides an online portal for rent payments and a dedicated repair‑reporting system, ensuring maintenance issues are dealt with promptly.
