The Tannery Restaurant Limited is an independently-owned Irish restaurant that has been delighting guests in Paul Flynn's hometown of Dungarvan since 1997. Renowned for Paul's skilful cooking, the venue showcases the very best of fresh Waterford produce through ever-changing menus that range from an early-bird offering and classic Sunday lunch to a chef's-table experience, all complemented by a well-curated wine and drinks list. The cosy wine bar and warm, expert service create a bright, buzzy atmosphere that makes every visit feel like a great time.

Beyond the main dining room, The Tannery runs a popular Cookery School in a chic, naturally-lit kitchen space, delivering hands-on courses for up to 12 participants (or up to 25 for demonstrations). The school welcomes casual cooks, hen parties, corporate off-site events and team-building groups, providing down-to-earth advice from Paul himself.
