South West Inner City Network (SWICN) is a community‑based organisation that delivers a broad spectrum of services to adults and young people living in Dublin 8. As a company limited by guarantee, SWICN operates on a not‑for‑profit basis, focusing on empowerment, skill‑building and social inclusion within the local neighbourhood.
