Baboró Galway International Children's Festival Company Limited By Guarantee is the organisation behind Galway's flagship October festival dedicated to children, families and the wider community. Each year the festival brings together a vibrant programme of performances, workshops and free events, putting creativity at the heart of every childhood. In 2025 the festival welcomed over 1,100 school-children to free shows, gifted 287 tickets to families from marginalised communities and offered specialist performances for 96 children with additional needs.

The festival's core offering now includes Cultivate, a new year-long international residency programme delivered in partnership with BRONKS Theatre and supported by the Arts Council, as well as a strong focus on access and inclusion through its partnership with Constellation Healthcare. By subsidising ticket prices from €35 to as low as €10 and providing free tickets, workshops and performances, Baboró ensures that the arts remain affordable and reachable for all children, teachers, carers and under-represented groups across the region.
