Dressage Ireland Company Limited By Guarantee is the national governing body for affiliated dressage in Ireland. It exists to promote and develop the amateur sport of dressage, offering a clear framework for riders, trainers and clubs across the country. By overseeing membership, publishing competition results and coordinating a calendar of events, Dressage Ireland ensures that participants have a structured, supportive environment in which to progress their skills.

The organisation also provides essential guidance on safety, reminding competitors and guests of the inherent risks involved in handling equines and encouraging the use of experience and competence at every stage of riding and horse care. Backed by the Irish Horse Board, Sport Ireland and Horse Sport Ireland, and funded through a National Lottery allocation to Sport Ireland, Dressage Ireland delivers a range of services-including regional support, competition organisation and the administration of awards-aimed at nurturing talent and fostering a vibrant dressage community throughout Ireland.
