Donegal Travellers Project Company Limited By Guarantee runs the free DiversityAware training programme - an interactive, online course that equips participants with a solid grounding in Ireland's cultural landscape. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, from the fundamentals of diversity and ethnicity to the specific experiences of Travellers, Roma communities and international protection applicants, as well as practical guidance on respectful communication in the workplace and on social media.

Through a series of concise modules, learners develop cultural competence, enhanced interpersonal skills and a broader global perspective, enabling them to foster inclusive environments and challenge discrimination and racism. The training also explains public-sector equality duties and the National Action Plan Against Racism, giving participants the tools to recognise and report breaches of legislation.

Operating out of Donegal and serving individuals and organisations across Ireland, the project brings together a diverse team of trainers from the Donegal Intercultural Platform, the Irish Network Against Racism and other community partners, ensuring the course reflects real-world experiences and promotes social justice throughout the country.
