The Heart of Variety (Ireland) Company Limited By Guarantee, operating as Variety - the Children's Charity of Ireland, has been championing inclusion for children since 1951. As a volunteer-run organisation with a non-paid CEO, every euro raised is channelled straight into programmes that give children aged 0-18, from all backgrounds and across the disability spectrum, the chance to thrive.

Variety's flagship initiatives include the Recycle Mobility programme, which supplies up-cycled, specially adapted trikes that provide fun, independent exercise for children who cannot use conventional bicycles. The Heart of Learning project equips every national school with an iPad, helping Special Needs Assistants deliver more accessible education. In addition, the charity runs sustainable and environmental programmes, a range of children's awards, and the pioneering Disability Cycling Hub on the Great Western Greenway, giving young riders safe access to Ireland's scenic routes.

Based in Dublin and serving families, schools and community groups across all 32 counties, Variety delivers practical, eco-friendly solutions that empower children, support their families and build a more inclusive society.
