The Irish Hotels Federation Benevolent Fund Company Limited By Guarantee is the charitable arm of the Irish Hotels Federation (IHF), the national voice for more than 900 hotels and guesthouses across the island. Representing a sector that employs over 66 000 people, the Fund works to safeguard the welfare of hospitality staff and to promote a sustainable, thriving industry.

Through a suite of member-focused services, the IHF delivers political advocacy, lobbying on key policy priorities and a robust Quality Employer programme that recognises outstanding workplaces. Its IHF Skillnet offers bespoke training for hotel and guesthouse teams, while the Suppliers Hub connects members with specialist products and services. Additional initiatives include the Go Anywhere Giftcard, employee-recognition awards, sustainability support and the "Get a Life in Tourism" campaign aimed at attracting the next generation of talent.
