Common Purpose Ireland is a Dublin-based charity that creates transformative leadership experiences for individuals and organisations who want to make a positive difference in their own worlds and in society at large. Since its founding in 1996, the organisation has delivered more than 4,200 programmes across three decades, reaching over 130,000 participants and earning a 87 % rating for value-for-time.

The portfolio spans personal-development routes such as Lighthouse for senior leaders, Beacon for high-potential talent, the Leaders for Nature programme for emerging environmental stewards, and Legacy for young adults aged 18-25. In the corporate arena, Common Purpose offers business solutions that embed equity, diversity and inclusion, strengthen change-leadership capability, support university staff development, and champion women in leadership.
