Longford Women's Link (LWL) is a community-driven organisation celebrating its 30-year anniversary as a hub for empowerment, support and education across County Longford. As a company limited by guarantee, LWL delivers a wide-ranging portfolio of services designed specifically for women, children and families. Its flagship programmes include the Catkins Early Years Service - a safe, nurturing "home away from home" for young children - and a comprehensive Domestic Violence Support service staffed by trained specialists in domestic abuse and coercive control.

In addition to counselling, LWL runs education and training courses, community-employment initiatives, mobile childcare solutions (Catkins on the Move), and projects that promote women's participation in political life. The organisation also manages European-funded projects, further extending its impact beyond the local area.
