Fingal I.C.T.U. Centre for the Unemployed is a community-focused charitable organisation that has been serving the Fingal area since its foundation in 1985. Born out of the economic challenges of the 1980s, the centre delivers a broad range of programmes designed to empower people who are disadvantaged, offering education, training, employment support and environmental initiatives.

The centre's services are wide-ranging and practical. Over 30,000 clients have benefited since 2015, receiving help with job-search assistance, welfare information, family-related advice and support for individuals in recovery. As a recognised FETAC training provider and a member of the Congress Centres Network, the Fingal Centre also runs accredited courses and specialised community projects such as the Alzheimers Tea and the "Voyages" programme.

Based in Dublin, the Fingal I.C.T.U. Centre continues to act as a vital hub for personal development and social inclusion, helping people to build skills, confidence and sustainable pathways to employment.
